No overnight bookings are accepted.

If you would like a specific technician, please write their name in the Remarks box.

For best availability, we encourage you to call (832) 295-3120 in advance to schedule your appointment.

Please understand that technicians may run late due to unexpected delays with previous appointments.

If you are booking two or more services with the same technician, please either call us at
(832) 295-3120 or make a note in the Remarks box when booking.
Salon Policy
To ensure a pleasant and consistent experience for all guests, please review the following:

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any services.

Pink Nail Lounge is not responsible for ingrown nails, infections, or related medical conditions. Please consult a doctor or specialist if you have concerns.

Health conditions must be disclosed to our staff before services begin. By signing in, you agree to our salon policies.

Service Guarantee: We guarantee our services for 3 days (for issues such as broken nails or chipped polish). Please return within this timeframe for complimentary repair.

Personal Belongings: Pink Nail Lounge is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items in the salon. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

Gel Color Repairs: If gel polish is peeling or splitting, we will only touch up the original color. If you wish to change to a new color, a color change service must be booked.

White Products Disclaimer: When using white polish, white acrylic, or white gel, please note that Pink Nail Lounge is not responsible for discoloration that may occur.

Service Satisfaction:

If you are unhappy with your nails, please let us know before you pay.

We will gladly repair them to your satisfaction or remove the product at no charge.

Rewards Program: We no longer use stamp cards. Instead, we now have a points system for customer rewards.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Additional Salon Policies

Polish Warranty: Regular polish has no warranty. Only gel and dipping services are covered under our 3-day service guarantee.

Color Matching: Exact color matches between gel, regular polish, dipping, and acrylic cannot be guaranteed.

Discrepancies: If you are unsatisfied with your service, please inform us before leaving the salon so we can address your concern immediately.

Pricing: Please confirm and agree to service prices before your service begins.
